Jai Gurudev

Jai Satya Om Siddhaye Namah devotees, since ancient times, two types of power-enhancing exercise systems have developed alongside human evolution:
Spiritual Exercise System
This system includes today’s popular 84 asanas and yoga and pranayama practices which involve sitting in the same position for hours, such as during worship or meditation. This can cause the body to become stiff. To release the stiffness in the muscles or for stretching the body, yogis discovered 84 types of yoga asanas. Among these, five main asanas are Padmasana, Shirshasana, Chakrasana, Paschimottanasana, and Mayurasana. Among these five asanas, the most superior is Shirshasana. However, yoga asanas only provide strength and stamina. Therefore, yoga asanas are not the best exercise overall, as they only enhance strength and stamina but do not provide power force and energy.
Physical Health and Strengthening Exercise System
This extra ordinary system was traditionally known only among wrestlers, kings, and warriors, and has now become almost extinct, and whatever is available is an incomplete practice method.
The 84 yoga asanas that are currently popular in society were mostly developed by yogis who observed animals and birds. These asanas were created to remove stiffness from the body and to maintain a low breath rate for meditation, which was useful only for yogis living a celibate life, and not particularly useful for householders and for those who need an optimum muscular strength. In contrast, the PFSSE Yog exercise system includes 15 exercises that are designed for immense physical strength, which were practiced by ancient kings, Hanuman, Bhima, Balram, and even the 19th-century strongman Professor Rammurti Naidu and his disciple Dayashankar Pathak, as well as famous German Eugen Sandow, who is considered as the Father of Modern Bodybuilding. Some aspects of PFSSE Yog are also seen in renowned martial arts such as Karate and Kung Fu.
Due to all this,
Swami Satyendra Satyasahib Ji discovered and revived this knowledge during his exercise time during his student life. The consolidated form of this exercise knowledge is now known as PFSSE Yog. Later, Satyasahib Ji developed PFSSE Yog into a form of meditation yoga, enabling normal household people to gain both spiritual and physical strength and become true human beings. PFSSE Yog encompasses all five elements that are necessary for human body development, that are not found in other form of exercises & yoga systems beneath the sun in this universe.
PFSSE Yog five elements are described as:
1. P - Power (Prana)
2. F - Force (Movement)
3. S - Strength (Endurance)
4. S - Stamina (Vitality)
5. E - Energy (Willpower)
From other popular exercises practices today, only 2 or 3 elements are typically obtained—Strength, Stamina, or Force. Energy and Power are exclusively acquired through PFSSE Yog. PFSSE Yog involves 15 exercises and by doing these 15 exercises each with one minute breath holding in 15 minutes, one will gradually gain immense strength over approximately 3 years. Such a physical development leads to extraordinary physical feats that astonish the general public.
This knowledge of PFSSE Yog has been revived by Swami Ji, who systematically formalized these practices, making them available for proper practice by the general public.
Anyone, regardless of age or gender, can practice this PFSSE Yog, which cures various ailments, strengthens the body, and gives a powerful natural body and quickly awakens the Kundalini Shakti.
Adopt this exceptional & extraordinary PFSSE Yog to make your life confident, powerful, and joyous.
