Q6: Do you accept returns if I refuse to accept the product?
No, if you refuse to accept the product without video proof and a valid reason, a refund will not be provided.
In such cases, the customer is required to pay the following:
- Return-to-Origin (RTO) Charges: The cost of returning the product to our facility.
- Re-shipment Charges: If the customer wishes to receive the product again, it is mandatory to pay the additional charges for re-shipping.
- Please note that no previous charges will be refunded.

Yes, as a natural wood product, weight variations may occur due to environmental factors such as humidity and air exposure. These natural changes do not affect the quality of the product and are not grounds for return or replacement.
Q9: How should I care for my wooden fitness equipment?
We recommend periodically oiling your non-polished Mugdar or Samtola to maintain durability, especially if exposed to dry conditions. This will help protect the wood and enhance grip during use.
Q10: Are there any special care instructions for storing my Mugdar?
Store your Mugdar, Samtola, or Gada in a dry room, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Proper storage helps maintain its condition and prevent natural variations in weight. Avoid storing it in a completely closed room to allow natural air circulation.
